REGISTRATION OF VERIZON MYFIOSGATEWAY ROUTER

1. Connect to a Verizon FiOS network
You can connect via a wired (LAN) or wifi connection.
2. Open a browser and go to 192.168.1.1
This is the gateway to the router and a login screen will appear.
3. Enter your username and password
the administrator password for the default FiOS router is located on a sticker on the side of the router.

4. Change your password
Now that you’re signed in, you can even change your password for added security. After all, anyone who has access to their house can access the configuration of the router, which is worse than access to the network itself!
To change the default administrator password, click Change Administrator Password in the left navigation pane.
If you forget your password, simply reset your FiOS router to factory defaults.
